Voice of the Business

The Voice of the Business:

At PI-21, we listen to the voice of your business and use industry best practices (e.g., Six Sigma, CMMI, ISO, ITIL, COBIT) as needed to guide improvements.

The voice of the business starts with the business goals. Not just the goal to achieve a certain rating or registration, but the goals which will lead your business into the future. Based on those goals we focus on your existing business practices. Processes exist within every organization or they wouldn’t be in business. We want to identify those processes, documented or not, and determine the performance improvements needed within those processes to help achieve your business goals. Once your performance improvements are identified, we use industry best practices to assist with the implementation of those improvements.

This allows the organization to use their existing process foundation to make improvements that are more beneficial to the organization while minimizing the change needed within the organization. Our experience indicates that improvements made in this way are more readily embraced by your team since the foundation is what has already been in place.
