PI-21 collaborates with our clients to re-engineer business processes that best fit the client’s long term objectives. We provide skills and expertise to compliment, support, and mentor the internal process improvement staff, enabling successful implementation of the process improvement program. Our goal is to allow our clients to maximize the benefits of their process improvement program while minimizing their dependence on outside consultants. We ensure our clients have a clear path through the maze of process improvements thus enabling performance improvements while minimizing cost.
We strive to understand our clients’ business objectives, culture, legacy, and future direction so we can work together with our client to build a process improvement program that focuses on performance improvements. We help our clients integrate their process to optimize business needs with holistic performance improvements.
We evaluate our clients existing process to develop a tailored process improvement approach that compliments and enables the strategic direction of the organization. Based on this evaluation, we work with our clients to prioritize improvements that will maximize benefits in the shortest period of time, without losing sight of the long-term improvement goals.
From these prioritized actions, we assist in developing the Process Improvement Plan (PIP). We work with clients to implement the actions identified within the PIP and assist in ensuring the process improvement program is handled like other projects within the organization.
We set up a PI-21 SharePoint site for exclusive use by our clients. This site has limited access to just the client organization and allows for information sharing, timely virtual review, and collaboration between the client and their PI-21 consultant. The site contains a repository of deliverable artifacts and tracks risks, issues, action items, tasks, cost, and schedule. Through this mechanism, we ensure the client is kept informed of all aspects of the process improvement engagement.
