Upon receipt of this registration form, PI-21 will email an invoice within three business day for the course to the email address provided. Payment of the invoice will be required upon reciept of the invoice.A course confirmation will be sent to all students with paid invoices two weeks prior to the start of the course. We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. A secure online payment option is provided in the email with the invoice, use the link provided to pay by credit card.

PI-21 Course Transfer, Substitution, and Cancelation policy:

Transferring to another provided course or substituting another student is free of charge for the first transfer or substitution all other transfers and substitutions require a $50.00 transfer or substitution fee. Please notify for your transfer or substitution request. For transfers, please include the student name and the course you wish to transfer from and the new course you wish to transfer to. For substitutions, please include the current student’s name and the course they are registered in and the new student’s name and contact information. After the first transfer or substitution, an invoice for $50.00 will be sent to the email provided on the transferring student’s registration or the current student’s registration. Once the $50.00 fee is paid the transfer or substitution will occur. For transfers, if the new requested course is full an email will be sent to the email listed on the student’s registration form.

There is a $200.00 cancelation fee, for all cancelations that occur before five (5) business day prior to the start of the course. A refund will be provided within seven (7) business days of the cancelation less the $200.00 cancelation fee if the registration has been paid. If the registration has not been paid, an updated invoice for the $200.00 cancelation fee will be sent to the email provided on the registration form. If the cancelation occurs five (5) business days or less before the start of the course the entire registration fee is forfeit.
