PI-21 provides both public and tailored on-site training for every level of personnel from the practitioner to the executive Our training includes courses, seminars, and workshops covering a variety of material including Introduction to CMMI, as well as model overviews, appraisals, cost/benefit analysis, measurement, and approaches to process improvement. Process workshops are used to assist clients in developing processes that are appropriate for their organization.
Our training services aim to assist an organization as it begins or continues its process improvement journey in an effective and efficient way. The training services not only focus on individual training courses, but on the optimum training program to fit the culture and business needs of our clients. We work with our clients to build an effective training program.
